As an experienced social media manager with a background in Public Relations, a minor in Public & Professional Writing, and 6 years of experience working on marketing campaigns—I've worn many hats. Over the years, I have learned from and worked with diverse experts who have helped me hone my skills and perspective.

How it all started…

My journey is a tapestry of experiences. I grew up in Puerto Rico, with the freedom to pursue various hobbies and interests. We moved to New Jersey for high school, where I discovered my passion for creative writing and journalism. One highlight was visiting the set of 'Good Morning America' with my journalism class!

At Montclair State University, while earning my Bachelor's in PR, I was part of the 2019 PRSSA chapter. This special time allowed me to meet amazing colleagues and learn from top-notch experts in my field. These experiences contributed greatly to my growth as a social media manager.

Blanche Garcia

Working with Blanche Garcia allowed me to truly fine-tune the type of social media manager I wanted to be. She entrusted me to design her online persona alongside her, while also developing mailer campaigns, reels, and copywriting for her new holistic lifestyle brand, 'Conscious Home by BGD'. Currently, I am also editing her new podcast, 'The Conscious Home Podcast'.

During our collaboration, I wore many hats and continuously evolved in my roles. Blanche aimed for a social media feed that blended commercial, hospitality, her work, editorial style, and fashion – resulting in the cohesive and engaging page you see today.

Working with Kingsley Knauss, I've re-imagined her social media presence and have collaborated with her for two years now. She approached me seeking assistance in managing her social media platforms to showcase her work to clients. Catering to a more coastal and traditional clientele, she aimed for her brand image to align with that aesthetic.

By showcasing her exquisite work, creating graphics that promote her firm, and incorporating her fashion sense and love for bold colors, we developed a feed that is bold, bright, and airy.

It was a challenging yet rewarding experience, requiring extensive research and copywriting for the website, developing her intuitive quiz, creating mailers, and managing social media feeds that conveyed the essence of the brand.

This project allowed me to showcase my creativity in terms of graphic design and copywriting. As a constantly evolving brand, it has motivated me to keep learning.
